2. Use of the service
quickpdfile provides free online PDF conversion tools for personal and commercial use. You may not use the service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You are solely responsible for the files you process.
3. No account required
quickpdfile does not require you to create an account. No personal information is collected during normal use of client-side tools.
4. File processing
Most tools process files entirely within your browser and no file data is transmitted to our servers. Server-side tools (Word to PDF, Excel to PDF, HTML to PDF) transmit your file over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Files are deleted immediately after processing.
5. Intellectual property
The quickpdfile name, logo, and site design are the property of quickpdfile. Open-source libraries used (pdf-lib, PDF.js, Astro) remain under their respective licences.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free or suitable for every use case. Use the output files at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
quickpdfile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
