1. Files you process
For all client-side tools (Merge PDF, JPG to PDF, Images to PDF, Compress PDF, Split PDF, Rotate PDF, PDF to JPG), your files are processed entirely within your browser using pdf-lib and PDF.js. They are never transmitted to our servers, stored, or logged. We have no technical access to your files during these operations.
2. Server-side tools
Word to PDF and PDF to Word require server-side processing to render document layouts accurately. When you use these tools, your file is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our processing server. The file is deleted immediately after the converted output is generated — within seconds. We do not log file names, file contents, or conversion results.
3. Cookies and storage
We use localStorage to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and your language preference. No tracking cookies are set. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
4. Third-party services
We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) and PDF.js from Cloudflare's CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). These requests may result in your IP address being visible to Google and Cloudflare respectively under their standard CDN operations.
5. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle data, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
